Can I import from Property Tree, Re-Leased, or PalaceMR?: CSV import for properties, units, and current tenancies is shipping in the next release. Active maintenance tickets stay in your current system; new ones come into RentMate.
Do tenants need an account?: No. Tenants get a magic link via email to file the ticket and follow updates. They can install the PWA but they don't have to register.
What if a tradie cancels mid-job?: You can rewind the job, republish the request, and accept another existing offer in a couple of clicks. The activity log keeps the receipts.
How does GST work?: Every quote shows excl. GST and incl. GST in NZD. The tradie's invoice carries the GST line. RentMate doesn't issue invoices on anyone's behalf.
Multi-portfolio?: One organisation can hold multiple portfolios with separate visibility rules. Coming on the Pro tier; available on request during the closed pilot.
